First Time.
There are hundreds of girls at Hogwarts that Draco could look at, but he'd rather look at this certain Hufflepuff that would always catch his eye, every time she would walk past him through the corridors- Aster Jane Burris.
She is a very honest girl, and that's what most people love about her. Draco on the other hand loves her beauty, her positivity, and the way she smiles at him as they brush past each other on their way to different classes. Draco has never felt like this about any other girl he's ever slept or been with. She's different, and that's what Draco likes about her.
--
Draco decides that today is the day where he decides that he will talk to her, It should go well because he knows how to talk to girls, but deep down.
He's scared.
His father always told him to not be afraid, to be brave- to not be a fool. The more he replays his father's words, the more he gets the courage to go up to her.
-
They are now facing each other, Aster is looking into Draco's eyes and he feels this flutter in his stomach, he doesn't know what it is. It's confusing him.
" Hi. I'm Draco, Draco Malfoy." He stumbles out and he then gulps back some saliva, Aster gave him a sweet smile and she took out her hand so she could shake his.
"I've heard so much about you, I'm Aster Jane." Aster chuckles as Draco puts out his hand in hers, Aster gently shakes his hand. It was gentle and it calmed him down slightly.
" Good or bad?" Draco asks as he slowly takes his hand away from his as he looks into her eyes, kinda demanding an answer. Aster just lets out a slight giggle as she keeps her eyes on him.
" So demanding, but both. If I got to be honest, they said you were trouble." Aster cogently confesses as she tilts her head to the side. Draco scoffed slightly and then took a step back.
" If I'm so troubled, then why are you speaking to me, Aster Jane." Draco declares as he lets a smirk creep up around his mouth.
"That's a good question. Well. I think there is good in everyone, so talking to them will let me know if they have decency to themselves or others." Aster explained as she tucked a strain of her dark brown hair behind her ear. Draco couldn't help but smile at her words, she's so perfect to him. He wonders why he hadn't talked to her sooner.
Draco knows now that he has to get to know her more, it's an obligation he has to succeed.
And he will succeed, no matter what happens.
