Chapter 1
*knock knock*
"Wake up claire,its time for school." My mother exclaimed while knocking on my door. I shoved my head back into my pillow and let out a sigh.. It was my first day of senior year and im definitly not in the mood.
The feeling of knowing that its ones again school already ruined my day."Claire wake up its already 7:30!"SHIT...it's already my first day and im late."I'll be down in a minute!" I jumped out of bed and picked the first outfit i could get...it was only baggy jeans and a grey-T but it can still work.
SInce no one really payed attention to me,my public image didnt really bother me not as much as lacey..."who was lacey?"you might ask.Lacy is my best friend since the beginning of middle school.At first we didnt like each other but we stood up for each other when we were both getting bullied and from that day we kinda got stuck with each other.
*Honks*
"Claire!!lacey is heree!"
"I'm on my wayy!"i replied with a sigh... This is the usaul mornings of school. Im never on time but that's why Lacey picks me up. She always rushes me but she is the reason i only enjoy school.
I jumped into lacey's car and her first words to me wasn't a big suprise." Claire,it's a new year and ur late again.like always." I wanted to defend myself but even i knew she was right. I layed my bag down between my feet and opened up my bag.
"You know we didn't get any homework this holiday right??" Lacey asked with a frown looking at me while on our way to school."Yes,lacey i am aware" i replied while rolling my eyes." LAcey i have a goal this year" i replied while taking my notebook out.
"What's the goal?" Lacey sounded unsure of what i was about to say.." I'm gonna try and be a little more noticeable this year and tryout for a few things" i told Lacey with so much confidence. Lacey stopped the car in the first parking spot and looked at me so suprised..
"What??..is it that big of a shock Lacey?" I smiled at Lacey cause her reactions were always extra. She hugged me out of excitement and pulled out of the hug replying with "I'm so proud of you,you finally gonna come out ur comfort zone" One thing you should know about lacey is that she is the complete oppisite of me,she goes all out on everything..Let's just say she is the popular and pretty one here.
"But the only catch is im starting small,i don't want any attention on me,and u know that." I said that while helding my head up high."It's fine claire,i'll accept that it's a start." Lacey just smiled and got out the car.As we got out the car everyone's eyes was on Lacey..i mean i'm not suprised especially cause she looks like she can get in any modeling agency even today..she had a denim skirt with a white-T and wedges heels. It does'nt sound like much but on her it looked amazing.
As the school doors opened we went out seperate ways to find our lockers.This school wasn't exactly small.Belgain High definitly has the top 5 ranking of being the best school. Aftrr a while i finally found my locker and placed my books.
*school bell ringing*
"Dammit!"i did'nt leave much time for myself to settle in. *sigh* first class is chemistry.Lacey rushed to me and gave me the morning news" Apperntly..there is a new kid in ur class and everyone has the hots on him!"after that Lacey rushed to her class which was english.
I guess i would see myself who is this mystery kid that everyone is so obsessed over.i closed my locker and headed to chemistry. AS opened the door and took a look at the class,i gasped and got the biggest shock i had in many yearss!!
...that was chapter one of my new book
