"Where to begin? This has been a sheer joy to read! I cannot recommend this novel and series enough. As a lifelong fan of Science fiction, I have ready many great authors that wrote fantastic books. I would place this work alongside the great sci fi authors. The author quite successfully combined philosophical meaning with ethical lessons along with prophetic warnings about science and technology. The author Jason Faris did all of that and combined it with engaging and interesting characters that are easy to selate to. I am now a fan. Buy this book! Buy this series!"

"As a long standing fan of sci-fi, I have read many stories with similar themes, but none have done as good a job as this book on the subjects of bioengineering and gene manipulation. This author has written a book that delves into the ‘ what if’s’ of the problems with man trying to make the perfect soldier. Sometimes when you start with good intentions , the don’t always turn out the way you expect. They may still be human under the machine interface. An excellently written book with insightful looks into the personalities of the characters , grate story, and best of marks for writing style. Maybe the original dna designer knows more about the subject than the best scientists! A best in show and class for sci-fi lovers! Bill Lesburg"
