"This Author has uniquely decided to write these books as standalones, but they are also an 8 book series following the Erstad family and their attached loved ones. I also have a great appreciation that they are written from the perspective of the Betas of the supernatural werewolf trope. The story lines are excellent (including a war, multi-species and non-traditional matings), sometimes heartbreaking and also victorious in many ways, landing in HEAs - for those who deserve one 😁 Since I have reread these stories, I have moved them all to my Favorites List 💖 1. "Great story with some unexpected twists. Great characters, who show great strengths but also some sorrow these are believable. I would love to have seen the antagonism show by Lt. Max investigated a bit more with his rudeness to Rhiannon so much could have done in the ring eg a challenge by the Lt. As never believed that .Rhiannon could be any good"

"I’ve read the whole series of books and though they were written to be read in any order I’d suggest that they be read in the actual order to you as the reader can follow all the history and understand how it all fits together. This has been the best series I’ve read in my life to date. Thanks go to the author for writing this series and I’m now feeling sad that I’ve finished the series because I will miss reading them each day. I will say that I’ve stayed up many nights to the next morning reading because I couldn’t put the books down and just had to read another chapter that ran to the next on and on till all of a sudden it was three in the morning. I look forward to reading more from this author."
