The muddy ground moves around my paws as I run against the moist forest floor. The rains had come early this year. I hop over old forgotten logs and weave through the tall wise trees. The sound of paws thundering against the ground and the rustling of the leaves and trees, fill my empty ears. My eyes take in the darkness that surrounds the night draped forest as I run under the always watchful moon and stars. I can practically feel the moon looking down on me from her stage of stars and galaxies.

I see movement in the shadows as my team moves through the forest effortlessly. They never miss a step as we run our familiar route. All of a sudden the once quiet forest is interrupted by a train's cry that echoes through the night.

Right on time, as usual.

I enter a small grassy clearing and catch a glimpse over at my team helping out the wolves, that we are trying to get on the Train.

Four rejects and two rogues.

A few more than we are used to but we always get our job done.

My team and I are called Runners. We help those who have been rejected by their mate, became rogues for no good reseasons, and if they have to leave their mate for their own safety, like if their getting abused or thrown to the side.

We make sure they get on the Train that takes them to our main pack. We are trained to run in any conditions and take care of any wolves that interfere.

Yes, I've had to actually fight wolves to make sure our passengers get to the Train safe and sound.

And Yes I mean I have to fight off anything.

That comes with being the Commander of this team of Runners that are stationed in this section of the dimension.

I hear a dark howl echo out across the forest. It sounded like it was coming from the huge city where the castle is.

Well, someone has realized their lovely mate is gone.

Note my sarcasm.

I soon spot a glow, pierce through the darkness of the forest that has blanketed over us.

We're close.

I break through the trees to come right in front of a huge white modern train. I recognize the silver wolves running with the train painted on the sides. As well as the familiar number painted in silver, on the side of the train in as it's identification number.

I turn my head to the right and watch as Zack, the conductor, help the scared passengers on the train. He takes their belongs and leads them inside the train so they can relax.

I then hear another dark howl that was closer this time.

I smile as I hear the desperation in the howl.

Yeah, he isn't desperate.

I soon feel steam blow through my fur as the train starts to pull off. Zack waves goodbye to us and I howl back. My team joins me in our howl. The train then howls it's song through the night saying goodbye to us.

Until the next run, old friend.

I open the door to the place where I call home. I hold the door open for my tired out team. They all walk to their rooms like zombies having a hangover.

I close the metal door and lock all six locks. I then punch in the password to set the alarm.

Yeah, this place has to be secure.

I guess I should start my rounds.

I start down the stairway, leading down into the living area. I step down into the living room and game room. I check all the consoles and controllers making sure they're all turned off or charging.

The last thing I need is the males to be bitching about how they can't play fortnight for like an hour and how they have to update for all the new things they need.

Yeah, and you see why none of their paperwork or reports are done on time.

I even gained a nickname from the game.

The Fortnight Killer.

Let's just say I'm notorious for unplugging the game to make them do their work or train for their actual job.

What can I say things have to get done and Alpha doesn't like tardiness and disorganization.

I stroll into the kitchen and I get a plate out from one of the many cupboards. I set the plate down on the island that is in the middle of the huge kitchen.

I walk over to the door leading into the walk-in pantry. I open the door and I'm greeted to isles of shelves holding all our food. I walk through the isles until I spot a package of chocolate chip cookies. I grab the package and walk out of the pantry closing the door behind me.

I walk over to the island and open the package of cookies and dump them on the plate. I walk over to a drawer and pull it open revealing a trash shoot. I throw the empty package in and close the drawer.

I walk out of the kitchen and back into the living room. I turn left of the couches and bean bags. I climb down the small staircase leading down to the sleeping chambers.

I tap my wrist and pull up the attendance list.

Time to check that everyone got home.

The last thing I need is for someone to get captured by hunters or the wolves that ran after us.

Well everyone is here and accounted for.

I head down to the rest of the empty rooms to my room at the end.

I push the cold metal door open. Its cold smooth texture is familiar to my touch. I walk into the dark room. I turn on the light to be welcomed by a purple, gold, and white room.

I see Maybelle laying on my bed waiting for me to get home. Her fluffy tail wagging and pointy ears point up listening. She jumps off the bed and jumps up on me. I rub her head and close the door. I command her to sit and she sits down obediently waiting for my next command.

I walk over to my chair and grab my PJs off the chair. I set them down on the queen sized bed in the corner. I unzip my uniform and let it drop to the floor. I untie my black boots and take them off. I throw them against the doors next to my other ones.

I check the screws on my ankle and make sure it's tight. The screws moved an alittle bit, so I grab the small screwdriver off my bedside table and tightened the screws.

I guess I could tighten the screws on my wrist.

I tighten the screws and set the screwdriver back on the table. I take off my sports bra and slip on a dark blue oversized t-shirt with the Runners symbol on it. I turn my light off and climb into bed.

I tose the throw pillows on the ground and click on my fairy lights that hang above my metal framed bed. It weaved through the sheer purple fabric that gives the bed a fantasy look. I undo my french braid letting my waist-length dirty blonde hair draped over my shoulders. I place pillows behind me to support my back. I call Maybelle to lay with me and she hops up on my bed. She lays down next to me with her head on my leg.

I lean back against the pillows and grab my laptop off my bedside table. I open the laptop and turn it on. I'm greeted by the familiar logo that all of the computers here have.

I type in the password and start sorting through my files. I enter the information on all the wolves we helped tonight then send them to Alpha so she can have it when they arrive at her pack and in their records.

I work a little more sorting through reports, looking at new patrol schedules, figuring out ways to get past the new security measures, and looking at the recent news going on in the Kingdom and packs.

I'm too engrossed in gossip about who the new possible Queen is. It seems to be the Beta's daughter, that really needs to have a walk in the mines, when I hear a ring. I look at my inbox and see a message from Commander Archeren.

I open the message that he sent me. I'm confronted by an invitation to the royal ball all the high ranking wolves throw to show off their power and money. Also, present their daughters to that piece of crap they call a King.

I scroll down and read the message he sent me.

Dear Commander Breaker,

I have recently noticed the number of wolves my team and I have to help has increased dramatically. We are honestly running every night. I have notified Alpha of this and she has also noticed the increase as well. I was wondering if you and your team would attend the ball next week. We can meet without anyone getting suspicious. Also, our teams could relax a bit and just maybe find their mate. Maybelle can even go. They are allowing dogs this year.

What do you think, Commander Breaker?

I think about Commander Archeren's words. I must say we as well have been having an increase. Usually, it was maybe one to two wolves every one or two months.

Now it's about ten to twenty in one week.

My team and I are working hard to make sure everyone gets on the Train and goes to Alpha to start a new life. Like all of us did.

I then respond back.

My team and I will love to attend the ball. I hope to discuss this problem and hopefully come up with a solution to the problem.

I turn my laptop off and close it. I set it down on my bedside table and plug it into its charger.

I pet Maybelle's head, then I turn off my lamp and situate myself in bed. I pull the covers up and my eyes start to feel heavy as tonight's activities finally catch up to me. I close my eyes and shut the world out as I drift into an endless sleep.

Kalia's Pov

I wake up to a flower near my eye. It's dark purple color is blurry in my eye. I pick my head up and look at the constant starry sky. No sun will rise and no blue will show. Only that beautiful white moon and all those twinkling wolves looking back at me in their place in the sky.

I lay there looking at the tall green trees that surround me like a cage. The rocks that are scattered around shade parts of the earth to not be touched by any wolf.

I start to get up stretching my legs and hear the faint creak from my metal joints. I shake my head and pick up my ears. I take a glance at the moon and see it's position in the sky is odd.

He should be here already.

I retreat into the shadows of the trees. I have always hidden my metal enhancements. I'm always scared of what he will say if he saw them.

I walk through the woods feeling my paws sink slightly in the moist ground. Especially my metals paws. I never forgave Electarious. He didn't stop his human from taking my Emily's eye.

I felt no remorse when we killed him. When my Emily looked into that Alpha's eyes, Electarious said he was sorry and begged for forgiveness.

He was a fool to think I would forgive him for everything he and his human said and did.

I had enough and killed him myself. My heart broke when I did it.

I wasn't expecting his pack then to do what they did.

I padded through the woods waiting for that lovely howl I've been hearing since Emily and I have come here.

Emily doesn't know about my meeting with him.

Honestly, I just saw a door and took it. I found this place and him.

I take a look at the sky again and let out a sorrowful whimper.

My time was up.

He didn't show.

My black, arrogant, silly, protective, and short-tempered wolf didn't show those gold eyes of his that I have come to love.

He didn't come for the first time in four years of us meeting he didn't show.

I see the portal open meaning my Emily is waking up to meet all our friends and team members.

My ears go down with sadness. My tail is tucked and limp. I trudge my way to the glowing circle in front of me.

I pass through it entering the familiar place I take up in Emily's mind. I hear the quiet almost non-existent murmur of her control box that is connected to her brain. It's wires mixed with her own blood vessels and nerves. Controlling her eye, leg, arm, and heart.

I sit down and wait for the day to begin as my Emily wakes up from her dreamless slumber.

Hey guys

Well, this one is going to be fun.

Honestly, I loved this idea of having a werewolf cyborg. I haven't heard of it before.

I thought that if I combined a common topic like an Alpha King story.

Then take an uncommon nonexistent idea of a werewolf cyborg into one amazing story.

What could go wrong?

(this story could be a complete fail and one of the worst stories I ever write. Constructive criticism is welcomed however if it is ripping my book up to shreds I will nicely decline.)

Oh well. Also this story is mainly on Wattpad. I will probably update occasionally here but if you want a little bit more to read and more updates, go there. I have about four more chapters posted and I am tinkering with another.

If I am being honest I am throwing this out here to see what happens. Any who thanks for reading

Bye guys
