The Binding Sinabures

In 1930, the outskirts of London experienced a chilly morning. Winter had just started. A man shouted “Pardon me” as he hurried down the street. He ran till he lost his balance, strewn with papers, creating a major mess. The culprit was Sebastian Richardson, a young man with light blond Kempt hair, blue eyes, and thin reading spectacles. Sebastian grumbled and began hurriedly picking up every piece of paper from the floor and putting it in his briefcase. “I can’t be late,” he reasoned. Finally, he was able to stuff the remaining piece of paper into his bag before he had to resume running. The train was just pulling away from the station, about to depart, when he finally arrived . He dashed inside when he saw that the train was about to depart. He just made it in.

He sat down, with a large huff and a heavy moan, when he noticed that the time was 1:20 pm and thought, “Oh bloody hell, I only have 10 minutes left.” Sebastian was a young graduate student studying neuropsychology at the esteemed University of Oxford, He had the privilege of meeting the renowned neuropsychologist Maximilian Woods, who is best known for discovering Sinabures. Sinabures is said to be a gift that all humans possess To utilize Sinabures, however, one must have talent. Sinabures were a psychic-like power that, if a person was able to access it, it would allow them to do amazing feats such as levation, telekinesis, and telepathy, among other things. Sebastian was really excited to get the chance to meet Maximilian since he had a keen interest in studying sinabures and there were many unsolved mysteries about it he wanted to solve.

After three minutes, he noticed the train approaching his stop, so he stood up and prepared to exit. The train then gently halted, and he exited it. When he eventually arrived at the campus, people were giving him strange looks because of how sweaty his face was from all the running. He began jogging and accelerated his pace when he got close to reaching the classroom door where the meeting would take place. He was just about to open the classroom door, when he abruptly collided with someone and shot into the air, plummeting two feet from where he was standing and landing with a thump. Sebastian slowly rose off the ground; his head was spinning and he felt like puking, but he refrained. He was eventually able to obtain a clear view of the guy he had run into when his head had stopped spinning. The other individual was a big, strong man who had so many protruding muscles that you questioned his humanity. His dark blue, almond-shaped eyes were obscured by his long blonde hair, The man gently stood up from the ground, and as he did, he overtook Sebastian in height. “Why don’t you watch where you’re going?” The enormous guy asked Sebastian, as Sebastian began to gently back away from him. Sebastian was trembling excessively and had his hands tightly gripping his briefcase. While trying to talk, Sebastian could only stammer incomprehensible words. As typically happens when Sebastian is in a difficult situation, Sebastian felt lightheaded and was unable to think clearly. His asthma made matters worse.

“Hello, what’s wrong with you?” asks the enormous guy with an impatient tone.

Sebastion was now extremely terrified and desperately sought to speak, but he was unable to do so. Sebastian felt like millions of hours had passed throughout this miserable interaction that continued when abruptly,

“Is that you, Sebastian?” Sebastian turned around to see a lad with short, curly hair, who spoke to him from behind. The young man was none other than Sebastian’s best friend, Simon Walker.

Sebastian’s face was moist and afraid as Simon realized it was occurring once more. Simone clasped Sebastian’s neck with his arms as he observed the huge man. In a lackadaisical tone, Simon said, “Something wrong?” The huge guy stared at Simon with his eyes scrunched together. He was burning furious and wanted to murder both of these tiny ants, but he held back since Simon was the son of Kendrick Walker, a respected professor of psychics with much influence at the university. The enormous man left with a disdainful expression. As soon as the enormous man disappeared from view, Sebastian’s breath began to calm, and he relaxed his grasp on his briefcase. Sebastian gave Simon a grateful glance.

“How are you?” questioned Simon

I’m well now, thanks, Sebastian replied.

“You obviously have somewhere to be”, Simon remarked with a slight smile, glancing at Sebastian’s highly formal attire—he usually wore professional attire, but with the attire he was wearing today, you’d think he was going to see the queen. Sebastion hastily bid leave after thanking Simon for the reminder. He opened the classroom door to see.

Maximilian Woods was giving a lecture when the door to the classroom suddenly flung open to reveal a young man dressed in extremely formal gear and walking about quite sweaty. The young man entered the first row, moved to a vacant seat, set down his briefcase, and took a seat. Maximilian would have assumed that this was just another tardy student who didn’t care about studying, but that wasn’t how the young guy made him feel. As soon as the young man sat down he immediately began taking notes by pulling out a notepad, paper, and a pencil.

Students were gazing at Sebastian as he opened the entrance to the classroom, as if they were trying to see into his soul. He stepped in feeling like the weight of the world was on his shoulders, Sebastian entered the front row and took a seat in an open chair. He placed his briefcase on the desk and unbuckled it, He picked a notepad and pencil from among the strategically positioned notebooks, pencils, and erasers and began taking notes.

“As far as we are aware, Paul Chapman was the first individual to access Sinabures when they originally surfaced years ago, No one, not even Paul Chapman himself, knew how he did it back then, However, many more individuals began to be able to utilize Sinabures following his untimely death in 1953, People with the skills to cure fatal diseases and the power to erect buildings were wonderful things that happened, but I ask you this class: with every good thing, there is a negative thing that may follow. What awful things could follow?” Maximilian was unsurprised when hands flew into the air as soon as he completed his inquiry, but he wondered who would provide the correct response.
