"Love, Love please wait, Love." He called out driving on his old bicycle beside the lady who was literally getting annoyed with the man who keeps calling out to her.

She stopped once they were out of the college school gate.

She closed her eyes and sighed deeply, when she opened her eyes she saw him infront of her.

"What is your problem King?! I have told you countless times that am not interested in you, you are not my class, which part of that do you not understand?!" She said crossing her arms under her breast.

"But I love you very much Love, I know am not wealthy as you want but I can take care of you. I love you very much." He said making Love roll her eyes and shaking her head.

"Listen Alex, I can never be with a poor man like you when there are lots of rich guys out there and how do you plan on taking care of me when you are so poor and can't take care of yourself?" She asked and he made to speak but she shut him up.

"I can never spend the rest of my life with a poor man like you, not to talk more of falling inlove with a poor thing like you. Let me be now! You are not my type!" She said and pushed him aside before walking away.

Love's push made him stumble and about to fall but a hand helped him not to. He looked up and his eyes met with a pair of beauitful dark orbs.

"Sor-Sorry." She said with her beauitful tiny voice making him get lost in them for awhile before he came out of it and stood properly on his own.

"Thank you." He said to her and turned to his bicycle getting it ready to ride on.

"Wait-" the lady called out to him as he was about walking away with his bicycle.

He stopped and she came infront of him.

"Am very sorry on her rudeness to you, she really isnt in a good mood." The lady said and he was confused on who the lady was asking forgiveness on Love's sake.

"I am not upset, but who are you to her that you say sorry on her behalf?" He asked searching her eyes which happens to pull him to them strangely so he averted his eyes from hers.

"My name is Ruth, Love's cousin", she said and he was speechless has he had no clue Love had a cousin.

He looked at her closely.

She's putting on light green sleeveless top and dark blue jeans and her hair packed up to a high pony.

He could see the hint resemblance but she had this birth mark that covered one part of her face, making her not so beautiful as Love.

"I-I know you are not upset but am still sorry for her rude manner toward you." She said squeezing her handbag in her hand and trying not to look up at him as she noticed he was looking at her.

He noticed his stare was making her uncomfortable so he averted his eyes.

"Like I said, am not upset and its nice meeting you Ruth but I have to go now." He said and she nodded as he walked away with his bicycle.

"Gosh!" Love hissed to herself as she got into the gates of their house. "He's so so irritating! How does he even expect me to be interested in a low life like him?!" She said feeling disgusted with the thought of having to accept him as her boyfriend, not to talk more of her husband.

She got to know Alex when he saved her from some thugs about a month ago, and since then he fell in love with her and tried confessing his love to her but Love never gave way for him because of how wreteched his life looked.

"He's even a common machanic, and he expects me to be interested in a mechanic man?! Never!" She half screamed to herself as she walked into the house.

"Love, you are back." Regina, Love's mom said when she entered the house but she wasnt in the mood as her mood was already ruined by Alex.

"Love are you hungry?" Regina asked while cutting the cabage in the dinning.

"Not hungry mom, will be in my room." Love said and without waiting for another round of questions, she just went straight to her room and threw herself on the bed.

"I swear, if I ever see him again am sure going to give him a slap." Love swore.

Her room door went open and she sat up to see who it was and was and it was Ruth, it made Love's mood more worst.

"Why can't you knock before barging into my room, Ruth?!" Love half yelled at her.

Ruth completely ignored her outburst and walked into the room.

"What has gotten into you Love?! Why did you have to treat that man in that way? Even if you don't wanna talk to him, you should have pushed him gently and not so embrassing." Ruth stated, a bit angry.

"Hey, in what right do you have to interfer in my personal life?!" Love half yelled and Ruth rolled her eyes.

"Now listen to me scar face, you have no right to mingle in my life. So stay out of it and within your limits." Love stated and left, brushing past Ruth.

Ruth lost her parents at a tender age of three to a car accident. She had no one till her uncle came and took her in to raise her as his own.

His wife Regina did't agree to it, but he stood his ground. Years passed, Love and Ruth never got along cause Love thought her father loved Ruth more than her in everything they do.

And through it, Regina decided to use that opportunity to turn Love's mind against Ruth the more. Ruth being a kind hearted person keeps hoping that one day, her aunt and cousin will get to accept her.

In a dark lit room stood two men who stared ahead to a man whose back was facing them as he stared out the window.

"You said you did a proper investigation on miss. Love Obi, am I right?" The man staring out the window asked.

The two men glanced at each other for awhile before turning to the man who threw the question at them.

"Yes sir, we did." One of the men answered.

"Then you must've known she has a cousin by name, Ruth?"

"Ruth? We had no idea she had a cousin sir." One of the men replied.

The man standing by the window gently walked round his desk and took a seat, his face covered in darkness.

"I gave you all a simple task and you both did't carry it out properly."

"Am very sorry sir, it won't repeat itself again." They pleaded.

"Zack."

"Yes sir." One of the men answered.

"I want you to get me all and everything I need to know about Love's cousin, Ruth. Is that clear?" He ordered.

"Yes sir." Zack replied.

"Daniel."

"Yes sir."

"I want you to continue following Love wherever she goes and ensure her safety, am I clear?" He ordered.

"Yes sir." Daniel replied with his deep husky voice.

"You are dismissed." He said to Daniel and Zack with the wave of his hand and they left.
