Thunder crashed down as houses burned and people screamed. Dragons, the word rang everywhere and no one was going to stop them from saying so. I was nine and was dragged out of our home as a dragon stomped down and crushed it. The village had done something terrible to her, and she came here for revenge and destruction. The general shouted orders at her men, as they loaded guns and shot the beast. They tried hard to kill her, but she was a beast and her scales protected her. A deep roar shook the ground as I was lifted from my feet, and taken away from my mother. She got me. She flapped her wings and shot into the sky, clutching me in her talon. I slowly lost consciousness and went limp. People shouted at each other as they got smaller and smaller by the minute. I may be dead soon.
