Chapter 1
Patience’s POV
First day of high school. This will honestly make or break me!
All my life I’ve been Mommy & Daddy’s little innocent child, who does everything that they ask with no questions asked. I’ve been a very obidient and liable A+ student, that is all I have known my whole life.
Do not get me wrong, I would not describe myself as a nerd or anything of that sort plus I do not even wear glasses, I am not your typical looking nerd. I just enjoy doing my school work, presenting my assignments on time and having a clear record.
My dream is to get into a great college and try change the world, the best way I can although I do mot neccessarily know how I plan on doing that but I know I can one way or the other. As long as I can get good grades that can get me to do any course of my choice.. well a choice that I’ll make probably after 2 years.
Anyway, I stop overanalyzing everything and head to the bathroom. I start by brushing my teeth and having a nice warm bath as we are in the cold season. Weirdly so, I love setting my alarm an hour earlier during winter just so I can spend more time bathing. I wear some trackpants and a tight fit crop top with a hoodie together with my jordans.
I head out to met one of my friends and walk to school.
