Chapter 1

Don’t Sleep With Anyone But Your Mate

James shifted in his bed as he heard his sister enter her bedroom next to his. He looked up at the alarm clock on his night stand and let out a sigh. Jess has been staying out late or sneaking out to hang out with her friends. He knew she wanted to belong and cause they both were Omegas it was harder to find people who wanted to be with them. For they were weaker than most wolves. But both genders could give birth and also could help with emotions with in the pack.

He grabbed his pillow and pulled it in tighter towards him. Closing his eyes he tried to find a comfortable spot to fall back into sleep. Just as his body hit it his ears filled with soft sobs. His light green eyes flashed open. A need to comfort his sister took over him. As it was normal for the twins to comfort each other any time the other needed their life companion. It is said that twins are very close and that its only dwarfed by that of a mate. A mate being more of a pull.

Getting out of bed he shuffled out of his bedroom into the lightly lit hallway. A soft white light nightlight was always on to help guide the occupants of the house to where they wanted to go. It also dubbed as a wax melt.

Moving as soft as he could down to his sisters door he just walked inside not bothering to knock. His eyes landed on a clump of blankets all piled up covering the person under it. Like a huge lump on the twin sized bed. He let out a sigh and moved over to his sister.

” Jess?”

” I fucked up James....I....My mate......” The words tumbled out between sobs. The bed moving a bit with how heavy the sobs where.

” My life...its over.....over.....mom..dad........” She whined more.

James had started to move the blankets so he could lock eyes with his twin. Once both sets of green met he found his sisters more thinner arms wrap around his neck. Her small body moved with her sobs. All he could do is hold her and caress her head. Soothing words fell from his lips. Not seeing it helping much he moved on her bed and gathered her and her bedspread into his small arms and rocked her. Humming twinkle twinkle little star as he began to get her to calm down.

Both teens fell asleep on the girls bed like that. His body slumping to the wall but his arms not letting the female go. They slept right up until seven when it was time to get up for school. Their mother waking them up.

As they got up from her bed her lower lip trembled.

” I don’t think I should go to school.” She said to him.

” Let’s talk to mom and see if you can stay home then.” James offered.

Both sixteen year olds left the room and headed downstairs. The kitchen was a bit small but big enough for the four of them. Their father was a accountant for the pack and their mother worked at the packs day care.

As they entered both parents stopped what they were doing and looked towards their only children. Shock and dismay filled their faces and was then replaced by worry.

” Jessica....are you pregnant?”
