He walked in slowly. The young boy with his grey ball cap hunkered down tight upon his head holding onto his toys so tight to his chest. His power ranger t shirt crinkled from the force he was clenching upon the hard plastic action figures. A Last gift from his dear departed uncle. Symbolism at his finest as the hard plastic figures were Army Reserve types. Like his Uncle. Who was a proud Military vet. A Vietnam war Vet at that. But, to this young Boy who was still understanding the huge fundamentals of what life truly was still didn’t perceive the concept of what “Death was”. Or understand the circumstances involving What “War” truly was or The pain “The survivors” such as his uncle bring back with them. From a difficult time. A difficult Circumstance.
