Angels Wrath

Bella walked into class chatting excitedly to Lux, her best friend. "Good morning class."Mr Weller's voice shushed the excited whispers of the class, a new student was being introduced, the thing that really caught her attention was his name: Ban what an odd name. Lux came and sat down next to her just as Mr Weller decided to tell everyone the seating plan was changing and as everyone was shuffled around Ban got told to sit next to her. He had golden eyes and black hair, he radiated this aura of fear, anger and calm, He was muscular with a black T-shirt and black jeans on. His shoes were Nike Air Force 1's.

Trying to be polite Bella started to introduce herself, "Morning, Ban is it?, I'm Bella, nice to meet you". He just stared into her eyes and her heart skipped a beat, as if his eyes were peering into her soul, Lux saw this and assumed Bella liked Ban, which is not entirely wrong, but dating was not for Bella. Or so she thought. Mr Weller was handing out an assignment, on which you could choose your partner but Ban didnt chose a partner so Mr Weller chose, and to make matters worse Ban was assigned to Lux and Bella's group.

Later that day, Bella came home, a little two story house outside of town, and her Mom, Sophie working on her laptop, "Mom I'm home"! Bella called, there was no answer so she went into the kitchen to get some food all in there was is some cereal and some bread and butter, it was alright but she needed to get some more food, she went upstairs to go into her Mom's room but it was locked she called for her Mom."Mom." No answer she called again. "Mom"! Louder this time. panic creeping into her voice. She grapped her phone and rang the police. "911 what's your emergency"? "It's my Mom, she's in her room. The door's locked and she isn't replying," she screamed crying now.". "I'm sure she's alright, maybe she has her headphones in, but I'll send someone over.'' said the operator, " Thank you so much", Bella said.

As the cops arrived, Bella had started to compose herself. They kicked the doors down and got her Mom out she heard them radio and she caught one word, ambulance, so many questions: Why do they need an ambulance, Whats happened, her heart beating rapidly, she needed to clear her head so she went into town with Lux. "What's wrong", Lux asked, her curiosity piqued. "It's my Mom, when I came home she was in her room but her door was locked, and she wasn't responding when I called her". "Oh my God, I hope you're doing okay, look over there it's Ban". "Great, just who I need to see" sarcasticly responded Bella. Ban looked over and smiled with that sly smile he often had, " Excuse me, Bella is it? I'm extremely sorry for my behavior earlier it seems we got off on the wrong foot, the name's Ban if you didn't know".

"Hello Ban", Bella mumbled while her eyes were tearing up. "Do you mind, I'd like to borrow Bella" Ban asked. "S-sure" replied Lux. "Come on Bella" Ban said, she obliged, they walked and walked until they got to an amusement park, they walked and and Ban just walked through security with Bella walking behind him confused, "Where are we"? asked Bella. "Amusements" Ban stated. They walked over to a ride and hopped into place it was one of them swing ones that spun and spun making you go higher and higher while spinning and only slowing down just to boot off at full speed again.

The ride started and Ban looked calmer than ever, looking at Bella, and he fondly smiled a true genuine smile one that made her heart flutter and she instinctively held his hand, he flinched but didn't withdraw it. Suddenly, the metal groaned and chains snapped as it fell, knowing she was about to die, she closed her eyes and Ban somehow although in mid-air cradled her close to his chest, his warm breath, that smelt of peppermint, on her forehead. Ban landed, the ground around them cracked as if the impact of his landing broke it. He looked down at her and not letting go, he ran, somehow he got to her house in a matter of minutes. Bella realized something strange was happening.

Once inside Bella has millions of questions. That's when she remembered her Mom, just as that thought entered her mind she got a call answering she mouthed "Sorry" to Ban, she exited the room, "Hello"? "Hello is this Bella"?, "Yes, this is". "We have your Mom in hospital room 8, she, well she has a brain tumor", the words hit Bella, hard. "Oh, oh ok umm alright", Bella responded her heart pounding. "We will be testing it to see if it's cancerous", "Thank you very much, when will she be back out of hospital"? "Well we don't know when yet so anywhere between 3 months to a year, maybe longer as we need to do tests and everything". "Oh okay, thank you again, if that's all I will be going now". "Yes that's all, goodbye". The hospital desk lady hung up and Bella took a minute to compose herself.

Bella walked back into the kitchen and asked "What are you, Ban", she demanded to know. "What do mean"? Ban responded coyly. "Stop lying"! She was screaming this time and that was when she broke down, tears were streaming down her face, her breathing as unsteady as her heart, which was pounding. Ban walked over and embraced her shushing her soothingly. "Well I'm not human, no, I'll give you that", Ban finally said . "I figured", she responded sarcasticly, " so what are y—" she was interuppted by a wild wolf 5 feet tall, gray and black snarling and fangs bared, it's eyes beedy and a smirk rippled across it's face, it looked murderously at Ban, he seemed to recognize the beast. It pounced and as it did so, Ban grabbed it's throat and whispered something, threw it out of the window as he did so it changed form into a human then into something more sinister, some kind of demon. "What is this"?! Bella screamed and ran behind Ban.

"The names Asmodeus, pleased to meet you". " So Asmodeus, you finally got the courage to deal with a demon, seems you got your wings back but not the same are they"? Ban said, standing protectively infront of Bella. Wings unfolded from his back like he was an angel although angels don't have dragons wings. "What is he? Is the the same thing as you, Ban", Bella asked. "No we are different species he was was the same thing as Samael and Lucifer," angels names Bella realised "but that deal changed him, he was angel once apon a time but his greed got his wings ripped off and he was cast to roam the planes of heaven and hell as a fallen angel although he is now a vampire, which is a half demon". Ban answered. " I know you are wondering what did I do to get kicked out, well my wrath and my power", Ban said sincerely. Asmodeus jumped and grew claws and turned into a more Demonic creature than before, Ban turned and impaled him with some kind of spear, and ripped Asmodeus' head off, Asmodeus kept moving, somehow not dead. And was enveloped in flames as he retreated back to hell. "How isn't he dead", Bella asked in shock.

"Fallen angels and angels alike cannot die, as we have no soul, and my power I spoke of earlier is darkness manipulation, the ability to manipulate darkness, by making attacks, shapes, gasses, liquid's and solids I can also create an absence of light", "Okay, I-I just need some sleep, alright"?, "Yes I totally understand, although I don't sleep so I don't understand but okay, goodnight", After Bella had got changed, she found Ban lying there in her bed on the side she never slept on, "You're not staying here, nevermind in my bed", Bella said. He got up to leave but as he did so "Don't go please", she pleaded. "Alright, I won't". Ban said smiling, That night she didn't dream but she was contently sleeping on Ban's chest, he was thinking about how he has started to love her. That morning he made Bella breakfast and left after saying goodbye, and promised to see her at school.
