"This story takes the reader on a weird, lovely ride. The unexpected touches of humor served to cut the tension of the tale just when it was needed. The writer knows how to set a scene and introduce interesting, unique characters. His ability to make these people real and human is what sells his stories for me. Real people reacting to unlikely but 'hey, it could happen' situations always will keep me riveted. This writer does that better than any new author I know. "

"Where do I start?! This book is so intriguing with its unique POV and plot. The dynamic between the characters is one of my favorite parts! They know when to joke and when to be serious, and they keep their own lives in mind as they maneuver through the "Problem." I can't really say much without spoiling, but seriously, please read this. This was honestly one of the best horror books I've read in a LONG time, and I've read a LOT of horror books. I gave it 4 stars for the grammar because there were a few places where the grammar was off, but it was mostly a humorous mistake, not an annoying one. So, in conclusion, if you like horror, humor, and a diverse "cast," check this book out!"
