Chapter 1: Introduction
A Night at the Workshop
It began one fog-lit night, with a pair of teens that were urban explorers, Rally Fond, and her friend, Fiona who were hosts of Exploration of Abandoned Sites on the popular video streaming website, Bit Bok.
Their latest endeavor was to explore an abandoned toy shop called Sam’s Toy Workshop that was the top toy store during the early 1960s- late 2000s before closing due to the new owners purchasing the company with borrowed cash and being unable to refinance their investor’s money despite several quick gimmicks that never pandered or padded out for them. So many isolated locations such as this one and others like it were left after taking much of the inventory and etc to be used for auction to pay back the debtors and creditors.
Now what what was once a place of joy and laughter was a dilapidated monument to those nostalgic memories of the past where all was just child’s play and nothing but the fantasies and dreams kids acted out.
