UNDER MY PILLOW
The moment you came into my life
with your red dress, ethereal eyes,
messy hair, and perfume so divine—
you didn't know that when I met you
my life became simply good and true
that I can't hold back a ring or two.
I knew then you will be the flower
I will kiss and protect forever—
no justice in this difficult world
that can write down your poetic smile.
You'd glance at me for a little while,
I'll go back to where you became mine—
the lake, the bench, and burgers that night.
Brief time at your house every weekend—
aflame desire—ours is endless.
In words and actions, I proudly say
I love you... with you I'll always stay
for tomorrow, beyond and a day.

I tried writing from my man's P.O.V and it was so fun! I used his words and the songs he dedicated as inspiration to this.
It was supposed to be longer, but I think if it's from him, it'll be concise yet the sweetest.
