SIA'S POV

"Mom! Dad! You'll won't believe this! I finally got admission in the Benley College!Can y'all bel-" "Sia sweetheart, congratulations but I'm really busy right now, I'll talk to you after I finish my work" my mom said, Mrs Regina Forbes, "Sia I understand you're really happy right now but you gotta understand we're busy too, anyways congratulations, I'll talk to you later" my dad said, Mr Jacob Forbes. Unable to respond, I nod my head and leave, I run to my room and close the door behind me and cried my heart out. I mean why would they do this everytime!? They're always busy, if that's so then why have a child. I was never enough for them, neither will I ever be.

It was a happy day for me, I can't let them ruin it. I decided to call my bestie, Freya, I'll ask her to hang out with me, I'd do that.

THIRD PERSON POV

To forget what happened,she calls her best friend or more like her toxic best friend,Freya, who picks up and says "What!?" "Uh nothing, actually I was wondering if you're free today eveni-" "Nope" "Oh, where will you be anyways, just asking you know" "With the boys" "Oh-, mind if I ask who are they, are you seeing somebody" Sia says teasing Freya, "Nah, whosoever I'm seeing isn't your business and about the boys? Well they are from a very popular mafia gang called " The DareDevils" " "Oh- okay but I was wondering when you're gonna be free so that we can- hangout-" "Ugh Sia, not gonna lie you're a pain in the ass sometimes, I won't be available for you for a long time, so if you want to hangout you gotta come to the club" "But you know right- I- uh- I don't go to clubs" "Here we go again, ugh! Either come or leave understand!?I'll send you the address!" Freya cuts the call

Sia felf bad, really bad, but maybe it was because of her? Maybe she was a real pain in the ass? Maybe it's because she didn't go to places like club and Freya was annoyed about this? She decided to go, she was 18 already, it definitely wasn't a problem to her parents as they didn't even care about her.

SIA'S POV

After a while I receive a message from Freya, it was the address. I wore a pink bodycon dress and paired it up with a diamond necklace, it wasn't an ordinary diamond necklace for me, it was from somebody special, somebody from my past whom I'd never want to see again,Kai.

I booked a cab and went to the club, as soon as I went inside, I noticed Freya. Freya looked surprised, maybe because she didn't expect me to come there, I went up to her & hugged her instantly "gosh I missed you!" "Ugh Sia, you're gonna ruin my hair" "O-oh um I'm really sorry about that, I- I really didn't me-" "Whatever" Freya said bluntly.

THIRD PERSON POV

It's not the first time Freya behaved like this with her, she has been doing this everytime they meet. Freya had always been jealous about the fact that most of the guys had a thing for her, she hated this, this was the reason she hated Sia and was mean to her, whereas Sia had always been that best friend everybody needs, she didn't care how mean Freya was to her or how hurt she'd be after Freya behaves like that with her, she thought it was because of Freya's ex-boyfriend, who was an extremely toxic guy and left her for no reason.

SIA'S POV

I saw a group of guys walk in the club, "there they are! You look at the guy wearing a black shirt, he's the leader,the senior from our high school,Kai! " Freya says.

My eyes widen in shock, "Freya- is that- Kai Matthews!?" "You aren't blind I hope!? Yes he is, moreover why are you surprised to see him!? It's not that you'll had a thing, rather I did, I always had a crush on him, I mean who wouldn't" Freya chuckles

No! No! This can't be happening it's him

I tried to hide as I ran towards the washroom, but I collided against a hard chest, I looked up to see my worst nightmare, the last person I was expecting here, Kai Matthews.

Something flashed in front of my eyes as I saw him, it was "THE PAST"
