Lifes hell.
As Emma is waiting for her mom to pick her up, her best friend, Ravenna runs to her with a excited look on her face, " Emma, Emma!" She said gasping for air "y-you forgot your notebook in class!" She was always looking for excuses to be the last one on her bus. " Okay, Okay, chill out." Emma took the notebook out of her friends shaking hands. Suddenly her mom shows up to the gate, Emma quickly stuffed her notebook into her bookbag. "oh sorry, Ravenna I need to go" mumbled Emma quietly, "but wait, no don't go!" Said Ravenna dissapointed, but Emma was already opening her car door. And stepped inside.
"how was your day?" Asked her mother curiously? Emma shot her a surprised look. " umm,.. i-it was okay i guess...so why are you you asking" Her mother looked offended. " I'm allowed to ask who my favorite daughters day was!" Emma sighed. " mom i'm your only daughter.. what do you want?" "I'll tell you later." Said her mom. Suddenly a deer ran in front of the car causing her mom to skid to a halt, and ended up going out of the road into the woods hitting trees Emma's heart sank in her chest she had a feeling that she would never know what her mom wanted to tell her.
