Through Another's Eyes

To be quite honest, I sort of knew I was being set up. My parents were traitors to Iwagakure, and as such I grew up with everyone suspecting me. I put all my effort into getting the acceptance of the villagers and eventually, they learned to trust me, or at least, I thought they had.

The Tsuchikage, the leader of Iwagakure, held me in highest confidence. He'd insist I was made aware of everything, and he forbid the mention of my bad blood, and thus, despite my birth, I was accepted. I truly belonged to the village, and I would die for it. Then the incident happened that changed everything.

A rogue nin by the name of Deidara no Iwagakure had been spotted on the border of the Earth country. The Tsuchikage was immediately infuriated by the rogue nins actions. He claimed that this nin was spitting in the face of the village and as such must be captured and publicly executed. I was one of the hunter nins assigned to the job.

It'd started off as a simple mission, and despite their attempts, we were able to locate them. Deidara no Iwagakure wasn't traveling alone. He was accompanied by a Akasuna no Sasori. His partner was immediately recognized from the bingo books and despite the new turn of events, our squad leader insisted that we continue pursuit, and as such we were defeated. Akasuna no Sasori didn't participate in the fight, but his blond counterpart was enough to take out two hunter being made aware of his fighting style bared us no advantage as he was already familiar with our tactics. My body was blown to pieces, but fortunately my blood-line limit saved me. It wasn't a deadly blood-line limit but one used for stealth purposes. I'd heard it bared a striking similarity to the Yamanaka clan's in Konoha, but ours was on a different level. It was a technique that let you put your very essence into another living creature. This was how I'd escaped the two rogue nins. I'd managed to abandoned my quickly disintegrated body and jump into that of a nearby fox.

Now, normally I would've returned to Iwagakure and explain to the Tsuchikage the situation, but I couldn't. I'd never informed him of my possessing the blood-line. I couldn't. The villagers would never trust me if I had the same abilities of my traitor parents, and the Tsuchikage would always doubt me because of it too. So every since I knew I had it, I trained to perfect it, but concealed if from my allies. I never would have used it if the situations weren't so dire.

It was during my deliberations of what to do next that I came upon a ninja squad from the leaf. I'd made up my mind on what to do. I'd spy on the leaf, gain information, top secret information, and when I returned to the Tsuchikage he would accept me back into the village. So, with that thought in mind, I jumped into the only female body in the group. The body of a blond girl, who oddly resembled that of the Yamanaka clan.

It's short because I just want to see how many people are interested.
