Chapter one- The sunpoisoning
It was about 101 degrees in Arizona, and Mia was working in her garden. She was so sweaty she could make a puddle, so Mia decided to take only a five minute break.
She didn’t relize that she was super sunburnt. She just kept on working. Until two hours later Mia was as sick as a dog. Mia then, thought that she should call a sunposing doctor.
The doctors told her that she needs to rush to the emergency room!
The doctors said “there’s something we need to tell you!”
Of course, Mia rushed as fast as she could. She was driving for hours!
Finally!
She made it. When Mia pulled in, there was only five or six cars. Mia was startled because, most hospitals usually have their parking lots full. When she walked in, there was no one sitting in the waiting room.
The hallway lights were flickering like in a scary movie. Once Mis arrived to her room, she waited 3 hours for a doctor to come, but Mia was confused because, there was not a lot of people there, and it was in the middle of no where!
When the doctor came in he told her the she was prengent.
Mia said “ WHAT!”
“I dont have a boyfriend or husband... or anything!! I dont have time for all of that!”
The doctor spoke and said “ honey listen.. you got pregnant by... by.... the sun. Its a very, very, VERY rare disease only seven people have it out if the world.”
Mia felt her water break.
Seven hours later, Mia had a boy baby. She just got pregnant and he was already fully grown as big as a one year old!
Mia said “i can’t have a child. I don’t have time!”
So, she asked the doctor if she can out the baby up for adoption.
They said “yes are you sure?”
Mia said “YES!”
The next day Mia was cleaning her yard and heard something under a flower pot.
She took a stick and a jar lifted the pot and a mouse was there just staring at her and she saw the babys face on the mouse.
Then, she felt something about the baby. It wasn’t a voice it was some kind of gut feeling.
Therefore, she went and before the other people could take the baby she asked if she can take the baby back. They said “yes!” Weirdly confused because no one ever asked for a baby back.
That afternoon she told her family and they were so happy except her dad he thought something fishy was going on, so he said “darling show us where you gave birth to the baby?” Mia did and there was no ONE! Everyone walked in and there was nothing like nothing at all!!
Her dad said “see i knew this was a joke you stole that baby!”
“Wait no! It was here what no! I don’t understand??”
Everyone left 4 years later Mia’s friend got pregnant too and went missing and never was to be seen again. One year later 3 more of her friends got pregnant and went missing.
Her baby which is now 5 years old and his name is marcus was acting weird. When Mia comes back from work everytime Marcus is usually obnoxios and loud but this time he was quite. Mia looked in the kitchen and almost fainted because their cat was dead!
Marcus said “Mr. & Mrs. Telling told me to do it.” Mia said “ W-w-what w-who is Mr. & Mrs. Telling? And where are they!?”
Marcus just kept repating it not answering Mia.
Mia called the police right away. They came knocking on her door. She answered it and told them everything. They looked at each other and said “there has been a lot of people saying that their kids have been killing their animals all through the neighborhood.”
Mia said “ So, what are you guys gonna do?
They said “ Im not sure?”
Two days later 10 kids went missing. Their parents said “they sneaked out and left a note saying “ i have to go to the park or you die!
Mia was scared that her son was next. She thought to herself if police can watch the park at night.
Mia asked right away.
Surprisingly, they said “Yes”.
When 7:00 o’clock hit the police left. When they arrived they saw just regular kids playing. It was around 8:00 o’clock when things got weird. Grown adults were playing on the playground acting like 5 year olds.
Then there was an unexpected noise that caught the poeples attention. Everyone on the playground just stopped and walked in the woods. The police followed them. They seen something in the air.
There was a floating boy. He was skinny with red curly hair, and blue eyes. The next morning, Mia saw on the news that 15 kids went missing and one cop.
When Mia was washing dishes there was a knock at the door. It had frighten Mia so much she dropped a plate and it shattered.
Mia said “one moment please” cleaning up the mess.
When she opened the door two cops were standing there.
“Yes... how can i help you?” Mia spoke.
They asked if she had ever seen the boy or dated him.
She said “yes actually we did dated all through middle school. His name is Carter, Cater Beck. Why?”
One cop asked “what did he look like?”
Mia spoke confused “he had the redest of red hair, it was always curly, he had bright blue eyes, and he was so handsome❤︎︎. But why?”
They said “he’s the one. Where is he?”
Mia said “ I DON’T KNOW. WHY!?”
The cop told Mia about everything last night. Mia was speechless. When the cops left Mia called Marcus from downstairs. He came running down and said “yes mommy?”
Mia said “have you ever seen a boy with red curly hair with blue eyes?”
Marcus said “yes in my dreams. He tells me to go to the park.”
She told him to never ever go to the park.
“But you will die” Marcus said
Mia was scared but tried to act strong in front of her son
She said “I can handle myself sweetie”
“Okay mommy” said Marcus
That night marcus asked Mia where was he born? Mia had said “um... well you were born in a hospital in the middle of no where”
Marcus said “oh okay”
“That was weird” Thought Mia.
The next day, Mis was working outside, when she heard a loud thump. She ran upstairs and saw red stuff all over place and on marcus too. Mia was scared to death because, she thought it was blood but it smelt like fruit punch. So, she got on her knees and smelt the floor. She was right it was just fruit punch.
Mia said “you’ve got to be more careful”
Mia went back outside and seen people moving in next door. It was a women and a little girl.
The next day she invited them for supper...
