just like my life untitled
Burning with desires
But what kind of desires are these
The desire to win, the desire to be free
The desire to be me
Caught up in the clouds
No escape in sight
drowned in cloud filled dreams
I can’t breathe
Sinking, sinking more and more
I gasp and beg for help over and over
Help me please
someone save this worn and beaten soul
My pleas are washed away by the gentle breeze
No one to came to my rescue
More and more I sink in cloud filled dreams
Deluded by rabid rage
Stuck in my gilded cage
Consumed by fear wishing to escape
No end in sight
I climb back into the abyss
And I say goodbye
Imagination out
Real life in
Can’t seem to find balance
Delusions calling my name
No time to escape
No chance to run away
No second chance
Only darkness awaits at the end
Of my nightmare here…
