I haven't read the Thee Musketeers for so long so this was such a lovely, refreshing glimpse into their lives.
I love how d'Artagnan was dedicated enough to memorise each step of the sword and how that was destined to change his life.
I enjoyed the description, how you could feel the sword fight being played out before you. The magic of movements being described was incredible. You have a way with words that is pure poetry.
The tension of not wanting to miss a single moment of the sword fight, not wanting to blink just in case d'Artagnan missed s second was so real. The panic that he felt when he realised Arthos was watching him practice was so real.
I really love your writing style! Can't wait for more?
I really love the way you created the prologue. Having the explanation of the Mirrth and how it came into being was so interesting. I loved that you crafter a whole new and beautiful creation of the earth and the way that the stars fell and were each responsible for something beautiful that makes up the world.
I am already a little in love with Constance and Aries. I really enjoyed the way that you said that while elves and faeries had built lives together and married none of them had children, that Reegan is the first of her kind, I am getting the impression that she is going to be an incredibly powerful young lady.
I loved that even as Aries was 'dying' his only thought was his family. I cannot wait to read more of this beautiful story.
