Cute and bittersweet
I love the idea of anthropomorphic personifications coming around for tea. Or dinner. My imagination wants to expand on it, of course. Father Time grizzling from the couch about how there aren't very many Good Years any more, you don't get years like he did when he was a young Entity. Progress calling him an old fuddy-duddy (or whatever) and trying to explain how his "Good Years" were actually rather horrible and there's all sort of cool things, now. And Racism carving the roast whilst prattling on about how hate is a really good idea... Tolerance weeping quietly into the salad... And so on.
[Personally speaking, I could have done with a dash more description, but overall it is a good little tale.]
Well done.
