Freelance writing became my full-time career when my dad was diagnosed with lymphoma. After he passed, my mom's health spiraled, and she now requires full-time care.

Words are my escape as well as my paycheck. Content writing and ghostwriting pay the bills. But my passion is spinning my own stories.

My passion project, The Blood Warrior Pack series, is my baby, my heart and soul. It has kept me sane through long, lonely hospital stays -- keeping watch over Dad, then Mom -- and bone-weary exhaustion from being a long-term caregiver. Writing books in the series allows me to step outside my reality for a short time each day and dive into fantasy, crafting stories that move me and give me a little bit of peace and hope.
