I think i'm in love with Kara.

While only 3 chapters in, this story is already incredibly refreshing and captivating. Its a unique take on the more cliché were stories on the platform, unlike of those this is original and combines various elements of fantasy and sci-fi which always makes for a great story. The world building is foundational sound but i would love to see it further explored in future chapters.
i especially loved the quite literal inner conflict and while it may be confusing for some perhaps a more distinct font differentiation might help other readers. I've often wondered what would happen if Bradbury and Lois Cha made a baby and well, i have my answer now.

Kara is an especially strong character who i think most of us can relate to especially in this current climate of uncertainty. Specifically, the anxiety and hesitation at constant war with our greater more fully realised selves just beneath the surface begging to break through. you can't help but root for her!

I look forward to seeing the way this story progresses.

Uniquely Adorable

I absolutely love the story. It’s so unique and beautifully crafted. The characters are all so lovely and full of life I can’t wait to see how their stories progress over time! ❤️

A peculiar read

The writing here is technically sound and the art of storytelling overall is quite compelling.

The characterization and world building were thoroughly entertaining.
That being said, the subject matter contains particular stances on healthcare and planned parenthood that are divisive, polarizing and ideologically charged.
For such a strong subject matter it might have required a more Nuanced approach. Some descriptions of particular characters could come across as insensitive and non-politically correct but most of these are nothing some good proof reading and socially conscious editing can’t fix.

That being said, art is objective and doesn’t not need to align with everyone’s belief system some of the best art is polarizing and even offensive to some. As writers much make sure that at the end of the day our art no matter how polarizing is not hateful, dismissive or dehumanizing.

An overall interesting read that exudes ingenuity and creativity, looking forward to seeing more from you and how your writing evolves.

Promising Start

As my title suggests, this is a promising start not only to the story but to your journey here on this platform and as a writer.

The premise of the story itself is quite promising with easily recognizable characters like Amy and even Adam who readers can not only relate to but liken to people in their lives. There’s a lot of heart at the core of this story and your natural story telling ability shines through.

That being said there are quite a few grammatical and sentence structuring errors that somewhat interfere with an otherwise great story. Those things are nothing a good proofreader can’t fix.

I enjoyed the piece as a whole and can’t wait to see more from this story and your future work! Well done.

Great world building and character development.

Right from the onset this story is captivating and demands the reader's full attention. As my title suggests, there is clearly a lot of world building work that went into the creation of this story. This effort is not only evident in the clear imagery of this unique world so far removed from our own but also in the fully realised characters. Each character has such a unique voice which allows for smooth reading. While some sentences appeared a tad choppy i thoroughly enjoyed the story thus far and can't wait to see how it progresses.

You have such a way with words that carefully paints torturously beautiful realities in our minds as readers. There is a certain raw honesty with which the words are spilled across the screen. Each piece has a soul of its own, stunning work.

The story truly transports the reader to a place existing entirely out of but parallel to our own plane of existence. It’s carefully crafted to convey the writers POV and I can’t wait to read more from the author.
