Beautifully written story!

While I don't typically enjoy time period stories, I found this intriguing. I enjoy horror so I was immediately interested that the ripper was involved. I thought the pace was spot on and the words were beautifully written. I felt I could see the story because of how descriptive your writing is. I thought your ending was clever. Can't wait to see what you publish next!

Fast paced horror fantasy

I love how quickly the tone of this story shifts from a scene from Game of Thrones to The Walking Dead. Your story kept me interested from beginning to end. I thought the masked villain was creepy and I want to know more about his evil deeds. I would be interested to see where this story goes from here. Well done!

Creepy decent into madness

I really enjoyed your creepy little tale. I like the use of the journal to help move the story along while giving the readers a glimpse into moments of horror and madness. I could truly feel the terror the main character was feeling towards his unknown malevolent foe.

I love that we never really know why or who is giving him food. Is it his tormentor? I don't need to know all the answers to enjoy a story. The main character does not know why this is happening to him, so why should we?
