I am a closet hopeless romantic. I love a story with a good ending. Jodie Picoult broke my heart in 10th grade and I will never for give her.

I grew up reading Naria,LotR the "Series that Shall Not Be Named", Toni Morrison, The House of Night, The Nighthuntress (Jeannie Frost), Dragon Ball, Fruits Basket, Chobits, Bleach, Tamora Pierce, and Scott Westfield. 

In my writing you can tell. There's dystopia, challenging the status quo, spunky MCs that care about justice more than peace, and the magic that requires respect of the natural world, and a mysticism that cant always be explain in human terms.

Also, my world building is near and dear to my heart, so I look forward to being able to share what characters works look like for you.

My writing is queer. It is feminist. It is Blue Magic and Pink Lotion. It is thunderstorms in the backwoods of Tornado Alley. It is slamming screen doors. It is the smallest coffins and the heaviest tolls. It is missing children and mourning mothers. It father's smiling while rubbing their lower back. It sleeping 6 to a bed during family reunions. It is never speaking to some family again. It is White Castle, Whattaburger, and QuickTrip slushies as 2am on a Friday night. It is bowing to the east. it is beaded medicine your cousin makes. It is hope. It is tragedy. My writing is life as I have seen it. I hope you can see it too.
