About Aimée

Life isn’t always what we expect it to be.

Aimée sees herself as a modern-day Bard: an artisan, poet, geek, and overall jack-of-all-trades. To make her transition into writing easier, she started writing Sims fanfiction. Her love for science fiction, fantasy, and romance grew into something more. Working with her son, she created an alternate Earth filled with magic and technology many would likely want to see. She includes a lot of LGBTQ+ issues and characters in her books, leaning mostly on the positive side of queer culture. Many of her characters, however, are broken, abused, and healing. The novels will make you laugh and cry as the characters experience everyday life, love, laughter, and heartaches.

As a transgender woman, she gets fairly involved with topics on Inclusion & Diversity; skipping in and out of the community - more an educator and speaker than an activist.
