"This was a wonderful story on so many levels. I loved the building relationship between Alina and Aaemon , that she was no pushover despite her history and their banter. I loved the scene when he broke the faucets after he got to the castle. The pacing was excellent, as were the complex array of characters. And the plot, so unexpected in its twists, surprises and well-timed moments of levity. Technically, I did find a few minor things, a word misspelled, the use of bear instead of bare, and other tiny issues, easily fixed. There was one scene, during their second sexual encounter that I found off, when she moved to all fours so he could take her from behind and they looked at each other. I kept asking how. Otherwise, this was a great deal of fun to read, even if I am sleep deprived as a result."
