I'm glad Austin finally got his head outta his ass and apologized. Nate should cut ties with his father because that man is way too toxic. Great story tho. "

"Such a fun, flirty read. My only critiques are: A. there are a lot of side characters who feel terribly undeveloped (Jasper, the hockey couples, etc.), making me question their necessity; and B. why does Maddie only have one friend at school? She doesn't need to be "popular", but having only two female characters is kind of a bummer. Still, an entertaining story that plays with tropes in an exciting way."

He’s sweet, fumbly, has the emotional IQ of a golden retriever and the eyes of a man who’s accidentally fallen hard. 10/10 would fake date and catch feelings. 🧠The banter? Sharp. 💘The chemistry? SMOLDERING. 🤧The emotional beats? Hit like a truck with a feelings playlist. The whole thing is like watching a slow burn romance develop in real time with just the right amount of spice, awkward moments, and that one chapter where you scream into a pillow because FINALLY. I have only one complaint: WHERE IS MY “FIVE YEARS LATER” BONUS CHAPTER. I want baby skates. A dog. Wedding chaos. Anything.
