Amazing Epic Tale
"This book has been in my possibles collection for a while now, I came across a review praising it and added it to my list. I took the time to read it the other day and was amazed. Great story, strong characters and plot. The characters breathe, they feel like real beings to me. I can see where their thoughts go, why they make the decisions they make, it feels like a shared experience to the reader. You can feel the cold, the hunger, the desperation, and the survival of the pack. You can see the decisions lining up that created the pack, created the shared struggles and the occasional uncertainty. This reads like a precursor to the established order ordained by the Moon Goddess. The prequel to the rest of the tales, if you will. I highly recommend this story to anyone who enjoys shifter tales, strong female leads, or just the struggle to survive in an uncertain world. You will not be disappointed. "
Different kind of werewolf story
"The worldbuilding a bit shallow although for such a short story that is understandable. Where do all these abandoned pups come from? Still a well written and cute story that avoids the common tropes. Any werewolf story that isn't about the woman mated to the Alpha get a bonus star."

The only TW would be for main character death, but even that was handled beautifully, and the ending was not sad at all. Overall, I really liked it."
