Devastatingly Good.
"This is my first book from this author and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed the detail the author put into the whole religious cult, I honestly felt at some points reading this the author was talking from personal experiences it was that detailed and raw. Some of the things that Lina had to endure at the hands of her own mother was messed up but not only that it was the whole religious side of it that I found horrific because everything that was done to her was all done to ‘save her soul from damnation’. Some of these bits were very hard to read. At times I felt myself having to close my eyes and cover my face. Lina lived a sheltered life for 17 years and was only allowed some semblance of normality when her mother allowed her to attend high school, this is where she met Ryder. Ryder was able to show Lina a life worth living instead of just existing. The love these two have for each other was what ultimately saved them. This is a book I definitely recommend but it’s not for the faint hearted. "
Amazing story
"This story has been extremely amazing. The writing was incredible and has kept me hooked the entire time. When working I am so excited for my breaks and lunches to read a chapter or two. I wake up and read a chapter and read a few chapters before bed. Wonderful storyline, plot and character development. 10/10 for me. "

Beautiful and Emotional
"I love this story, it was beautifully written and the characters were amazing. I love Lena, and Ryders passion for one another. They are so adorable and Spicy together. I love the humor in this story as well, it was full of excitement and suspense. The mother was a nut job and I knew she had to have been apart of a cult, she just screams crazy cult lady. I’m glad Lena had Ryder she would have been destroyed by her psychotic mother if it wasn’t for him. Thank you author for such a thrilling read."
