The slow burn
"This is a slow burn, a plot twist, the one that keeps you on the hook. I love the character development, the layers that keep adding on to each story. There is some dialogue repetition which can be easily overlooked by how caught up you get in the story. "

"This has been my favorite book of the series so far. I absolutely loved all of the characters. The slow burn really kept me coming back for more and I read this in less than a day and a half. I could not put it down. My only critique is that in certain parts of the book it repeats itself. Almost like two parts within a chapter would repeat word for word. I only noticed it two times but other than that, yes this was absolutely my favorite book of the series. "

Great plot, lots of inconsistencies
"While I love that Voss finally got his own love story, the inconsistencies really pulled me out of the moment a lot. Like How is Luna still 3 after at least 18 months? If you can ignore weird timeline jumps and changes, the story is really good. Im hoping for Sydneys chance next. "

"Another magic story. Voss’s and Cray’s story is unusual. Full of probabilities, Power Point presentations, spreadsheets and a huge amount of really cute love. The chaos and the quiet certainty meets and creates something unexpected. The family is growing. There are a lot of sweet moments. This one is calmer than the others. Even taking down a king is more thought through with minimal surprises. Love it so much. Cant wait for the next one. ❤️❤️❤️"
