Less violence, more drama, yet still gripping.
"The second book is fantastic too. Far less violence and bloodshed, but much more drama and just as many surprising, life-changing twists. While this book focuses on Dawson, Lake and Lake's "boyfriend," Addison, Reed, Sonny and so many other characters from book 1 are still part of the story. It also becomes clear that there's a story behind the story, one that begins in the first book and is nowhere near over yet. Gripping until the very last page. Auch das 2. Buch ist fantastisch. Weit weniger Gewalt und Blutvergießen, dafür viel mehr Drama und ebenso viel überraschende und lebensverändernde Wendungen. Der Fokus liegt in diesem Buch zwar auf Dawson, Lake und dessen "Boyfriend", aber Addison, Reed, Sonny und so viele andere Figuren aus Band 1 bleiben uns erhalten. Auch wird deutlich, dass es eine Story hinter der Story gibt, die im ersten Teil beginnt und noch (lange) nicht zu Ende ist. Fesselnd bis zur letzten Seite. (P.S.: Wenn du kannst, lies es in Englisch. Es ist schon verwirrend, wenn die rein männlichen Vivum-Vampire oder Ostiums durch die automatische Übersetzung weiblich gelesen werden.)"

"I was a touch sceptical on how this story was going to be as interesting as the first book. It's even better!!! Yes, we follow Branson and his relationship with Reed's brother Lake. However, thrown into the mix of this is the sassy and unfiltered dynamo Presley. His presence will cause Branson angst and confusion. It's a fun ride ahead with some truly tantalising and very hot erotic scenes. And just when you feel comfortable that there may not be any real baddies, the plot twists dramatically. I loved every minute. Exquisite and impactful writing. Be sure to read Book 1 before you start this one. You will enjoy all three main characters, the love that unfolds, the drama that will rock you and the continuing patience of Sonny. "

"Omg I loved every bit of this story SO HOT. The relationship between all three gentlemen was so cute. Branson, taking up the responsibilities of two ostiums despite the difficulties that came along was both wholesome and....so so so hot. 👀 Tbh I kinda hated presley at the beginning because I was so for Branson but I was very shocked (in the good way *wink* *wink*) that he came along (get it?). Lake is baby no notes except for that fact that if i see ANYONE sass the man I will come for you and your family (in a totally respectful and responsible and legal way)🙂 I cant not wait for the next one omg I needed it like yesterday but im patient so do your work girly!
