I enjoyed the four-chapter story very much. It is very engaging, and I look forward to reading other stories written by this author, Grant Ayers.
I only had a few problems because it seemed as though the formatting went a little wonky. I thought some of the paragraphs were jammed together. A couple of times, I wasn't quite able to tell the difference between which character was speaking. Those were my only problems.
Otherwise, it's a great read and very refreshing overall.

The beginning is interesting. I believe there were a few little grammar errors, but that is typical for all writers. I'm just glad that I was able to reread this and decided to write a review in hopes of encouraging the writer to continue with the story beyond the first chapter.
I know from experience that it is difficult to write the first chapter. However, once you've gotten past that, it becomes smoother and easier to follow the story's path as it comes to your mind.
Don't give up, and please do write some more. I hope you find this helpful.
