"I loved the book and at first I was worried it would be all smut and no plot or the plot would get lost through out like how it is with some books nowadays, but I was pleasantly impressed and proven wrong because the plot is the main part as well as character development which I found to be refreshing. I also personally thought that he got forgiven to easily, and that it couldve been put off by 1-2 more chapters, but otherwise I loved the book and loved the frequency of the POV change. I highly recommend this book for a super quick and easy read. There’s nothing super big happening near the end which is my opinion helps the author not rush, and makes it more of a simple and easy book to follow through the plot line with. 10/10 must read😩 (I swear I read the book but I read it when I was offline😭)"

"I love it. To be honest, I started it because it was a BWWM romance, but as I got into it, I didn’t want to stop. When Nick and Serena are forced into close proximity to prepare for his sister and her best friend’s wedding, sparks finally explode. At the beginning of the story, I was certain I’d enter into the book and unalive Nick, but it’s a good thing he changed. I wasn’t so much of a fan of him, but his growth was sweet to watch. He came through for Serena, especially when no one else did. Love that he reminded her she was enough for herself. What I didn’t like so much was the multiple switch in POV within the chapter. It made me pause reading a few times because I could be enjoying being in Nick’s head, and I’m yanked out so abruptly to Serena’s head. And before I get used to her POV, I’m thrust back to Nick’s head again. If you love: - BWWM romance - enemies to lovers - hate to love - forced proximity - possessive MMC - strong FMC - she falls first, but he falls harder - spicy romance 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️ then you should check this out. "

"Yet another “back of the net” book! As always an extremely well written and edited story with plenty of drama, romance, humour and seriously well written erotica. This author makes no apologies for believing in HEAs and for that I’m eternally grateful; I can cope with the peaks and troughs if I think there’s light at the end of the tunnel lol. A really really enjoyable read. "

"This novel dealt with so many topics - anxiety, grief, longing, class prejudice, forgiveness and love, to name a few. The character development and the redemption arc were extremely satisfying, and I was invested in Serena and Nick's story. I loved the banter in this story. It reminded me of the witty dialogues that used to exist in historical romance novels years ago. And the spice was just right 🔥🔥🔥🔥."
