"I never owned a dog, I don't like dogs. I'm what you call an insane cat lady. But every dog movie made me cry, especially HACHIKO, it literally made me throw up from crying so much because it broke my heart, it still does💔 And this book made me cry, laugh, giggle and kick my feet. I love Dylan, Jonathan is a smooth MF! That man can seduce a door and make it cum. OFF TOPIC! I love how Dylan sounds and reads as an actual human, he is relatable, Germany needs THEIR OWN BOOK! They're a MOOOOOOD AND JUDGEY! ( Bombastic side eye👀) It gives you an inside view of what happens inside animal shelters, how it's not always rainbows and sunshine but there is hope, even when it breaks your heart maybe it won't hurt anymore. I love how when you read this book you feel an instant connection with the characters because they were not a quick nut, they were written out of love and with care. I love how emotionally intelligent the author is that you can feel it through her characters, in some chapters I just wanted to give Dylan a hug. I highly recommend "Must love dogs." And I also request, that Jonathan opens a flirting 🫦 class 101 so we can talk so buttery like him. Ah, I wanna be sandwiched between them. FVCK! I'M OVULATING AGAIN! Absolutely love this book, you're an incredible author please never stop❤️💐😇"

"As a dog lover and the guardian for life of a rescue myself, I loved this story. While this story had Molly and Moxy, I have Mason, who's now 15. Back to the story, I really liked how the author handled the differences between Dylan's and Jon's families and how the differences in their own incomes didn't become a problem. Thanks for brightening my weekend with this beautiful love story."

"A lovely story, well written and full of great humour and some beautiful and sad scenes handled very well, I remember losing my two dogs a few years ago, it's something you never really get over. I really enjoyed reading this, and there's no hugely dramatic scenes which is great, it's a very human story with very human characters, if you get what I mean?. Really good and a recommended read from me."

"This book was fabulous. The characters were so skillfully written I felt I knew them. The little quirks of Dylan were absolutely brilliant and showed what a wonderful man full of emotion is! Jon, well not sure what to say other than Wow, Yes please!!! Think we all want someone like him and would definitely love a clone for ourselves. Now the Chapters about Molly were so beautifully written but so heartbreaking 💔, I was lying in bed crying my eyes out hugging my own beautiful pup for about half an hour and couldn’t stop thinking about the future when her time will come 🐾 ♥️ Your descriptive writing is some of the best I have ever read and ensures that the reader is completely immersed in your book from beginning to end. The different family dynamics were both excellent to showcase totally how you can’t choose your relations but you can certainly choose the family that you want and need! I have always thought that my friends are more family than the one I was born into, especially after losing my wonderful dad 25 years ago! Loved the last epilogue when Dylan bought Ariba home that was a perfect addition to an already amazing book You are a truly brilliant writer and I cannot wait to start your other books.
