Einfach schön
"Hallo Vero, deine Geschichte war wirklich angenehm cozy und so schön! Ich habe es geliebt, dass hier alles aus der Sicht des männlichen Hauptcharakters geschrieben wurde. Dass er sich ebenfalls vollkommen verrückt bei jedem einzelnen Schritt macht. Sein Muffin und Backtick ist so eine tolle Idee. Und dann die Art, was er alles besonders an Elle und ihrer Beziehung findet. Die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die ihm die Welt bedeuten. Die Sexszenen waren überraschend. Bei der ersten kam ich nicht ganz mit, ob die Hose nun schon aus war oder nicht und gegen Ende gab es noch einmal eine Szene, bei der ich das Gefühl hatte hier wiederholt sich etwas. Dass es niemand der Nachbar gestört hat, was sie da auf dem Balkon gemacht hatten, na gut ist ja eine Geschichte. Ich hatte wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit und hoffe dir geht es gesundheitlich und emotional besser. "

"This was a fun, quick read. Super cute, wholesome, and really comforting to read. I had a good time with it overall. The only thing that didn’t fully work for me was the MMC. At times he felt a little immature and awkward for his age, which threw me off here and there. But at the same time, he was also really sweet, soft, and weirdly endearing. The funny part is that during the spicy scenes he suddenly turned into a completely different guy and the contrast gave me whiplash a little lol. Still, overall this was a really sweet romance and I’m glad I picked it up."

"I like this author stories and this one was good. It just took me a second to get use them after they got together. I can understand Mark's spirals but maybe it's me I don't think 40 is that old. Good story overall. "

"The writing was fantastic. I loved the deviation form the normal plot of the usual outgoing guy, shy girl. Mark's insecure parts were really cute and the details to every little important thing really brought out the story. the plot was great and your writing was superb."

"Seeing the panic from a guy's perspective. Women (most) worry about these issues. I've never met a Mark before that I liked, unfortunately this one isn't real either but I'd like him too. Is an epilogue too much to hope for? I wanna see them get married with her mom there and have their first kid in two years or sumn!!"

"To be honest, I was skeptical about this book being in a male POV but the author laid that skepticism to rest right off the bat! Mark was written with a clear voice that was entertaining and very easy to follow. I never thought that I would relate as much as I did to a fictional character of an opposite gender. I need me a muffin man.😫 Ellie was the definition of a strong, reasonable woman. Her resilience in the face of both Mark's and her insecurities was 😘 chef's kiss."

The way you started it, I was laughing so much, my husband asked me why and I started to read him the speed date part. We were both hooked! One of my top 5 books read this year.
