Résumé
La famille était censée être sacrée. Intouchable. Azriel aurait dû rester mon demi-frère. Au lieu de cela, il est devenu ma perte. J’aurais dû garder mes distances. Mais dès qu’il est près de moi, mon corps se souvient de ce qu’il lui a fait subir. Son loup rôde sous la surface, et il m’attire bien plus près que je n’ai jamais osé m’approcher. Il est à moi — pas par le nom ou par le lien, mais par la façon dont mon sang embrase un feu en lui. Chaque contact, chaque grognement étouffé me laisse tremblante, avide et terrifiée. Je sais que ce n’est pas sain. La tension entre nous pourrait nous consumer tous les deux, et pourtant, je ne peux m'empêcher de m'y abandonner. Certaines règles n'étaient pas faites pour être brisées. Certains liens n'étaient pas censés exister. Et certains désirs… ne peuvent être niés.
