"This novel is an example of brilliant storytelling. Truly. We're introduced to Lord Voss at the beginning of the story, and his motivation and vindictiveness make him instantly unlikeable. However, the author manages to develop his character and the story in such a way that you are left actually liking him by the end. Suffice to say that the story is full of surprises and the author develops the main and supporting characters very thoughtfully. I highly recommend reading this to completion."
