"Truth can be a wonderful bonding experience but put in a holding pattern can have severe consequences such as breaking another bonding situation, that of trust a high cost to pay if only for good intentions but these can be overlooked in the moment. Most people act on this later when after everything has happened it is to late and the characters in life can't look past their pride and often wonder what could have been. "
different and fab story (8.5/10 but could be 9.5/10)
"okay look i aint gonna be all sweet, i have smth to say. Firstly, this book had a diff storyline, like it had combined 2 different plots into one and succeeded at it. Like ceo-assistant romance and like divorced single mom, type of aspect it fulfilled beautifully in the overall story structure. I loved the fact that it wasn't some single dad with child and a crazy ex-wife who cheated or shit, and heartbroken, divorced single mom with child, falling in love, no. Like it experimented with smth that many authors are afraid to venture into, like it explored the space of both the plots and hey, i lovedd the humor in the stories, like i was actually laughing and that's rare coming from me. Now, the thing I didn't like. The cover. Like judging the way the story is so pretty but the cover didn't do justice to it, like the story deserved a better image of the couple or smth like idk how to describe it but if the cover improved, i'd give it a 9.5/10 from a 8.5/10, no questions asked. Violet is like soo badass (idk the correct word to say it) like setting them up and like damn, she was good. And Sandra and Joseph, loved them, like they were kind of like parental figures type of to Niko, like they knew him from childhood and they cared for him and like those subtle hints and talks to them showed their love and care. Like telling her that Niko cares for her and all that, tbh i loved her for that and damn was she savage, like she knew about them falling while they were *cough-cough*. So, slay! I rate it 8.510 but the changes in the cover would make it a straight 9.5/10, also like this is my first story from the author but i liked it and i may read another story from her after i followed her."

"It started out kind of slow. It’s good though. The development of Niko’s character has become very interesting. He’s actually kinda cute and dangerous. Not someone to be trifled with but loyal. I like him. I also see Allira gaining strength which is good too. Good story. Can’t wait to see how they dispose of Jerry."
