Remnant

I love the mystery that hangs over the whole story, making the reader feel as though they are figuring everything out alongside the main character. I also enjoy how the inner thoughts are constructed for the main character, really putting you inside his head. The one thing I want you to caution doing is taking too much from other works. Many things seemed very similar to YA books such as The Maze Runner, and while it is great to have stories inspire you, I suggest you try to make it your own. Overall a very good start to what seems like a very thrilling story!

Incredible start!

I was hooked from beginning to end. I love how cunning and strong the main character is, not falling into the cliche category of a damsel in distress nor an overpowered female character. The world is also very enthralling and I will love to see it evolve more. Besides small grammatical errors (which can be fixed with Grammarly), this is a wonderful start of a fantastic tale that I will be interested to see unfold.

I smell a fun sci-fi adventure!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story! It is filled with colorful characters that you are able to relate to (even the bad alien with an idiot brother and scary mother). I also enjoyed the descriptions that were perfect for constructing the world without being to wordy. I hope that the tale will continue because I see it as a unique narrative that will hook readers like it did for me.
