Where's the ending?

I was really enjoying this story anxious to see what took his sister and how things played out. However, the story never truly answers this question. It ends abruptly with no real resolution. That was disappointing as I was really looking forward to how the author was going to reveal what was really going on. Also, author should have someone read the story for editing and typos. For example, the days of the week should be capitalized. Overall, even with the editing mistakes, I was ready to give this story a solid 4 if not 4 1/2 stars, however, I couldn't because there was no ending.
