A hilarious and witty read!
I purchased Sex In The Title because I was looking for a romantic comedy written in a guy's' POV (Point Of View). This book had that and SO much more!
Sex In The Title, follows 5 guys from NYC through their lives looking for love, sex and relationships. They find themselves in the wildest of places and scenerios but they discover a lot about themselves along the way.
I'm SO glad I hit that ONE-CLICK button! I really LOVED this book! I instantly fell in love with each of the 5 characters even with all their quirky personalities, crazy ideas about sex and love and the insane and almost unbelievable situations they found themselves in throughout the book! I was either laugh and shaking my head or yelling, "You have GOT to be kidding me! THAT just didn't happen!"
Zack Love takes you on a witty, hilarious, crazy ride though the minds (and hearts) of these 5 guys.
They'll have you laughing out laugh, yelling and cheering them on, and even pulling at your heartstrings! It is well written and, definitely, a GREAT READ!
A beautifully written, compelling romance novel!
From the first chapter to the last, “The Syrian Virgin” pulled me in and wouldn’t let me go until I came out the other side. You can tell that the author really put his heart and soul into writing it. All the time and effort he put into researching and writing EVERY aspect of this book is TRULY evident!
The writing is so realistic … it makes you feel like you’re living the story along with Anissa, the young Syrian woman who is the central character in the novel. You feel her pain and her struggle. I felt heartbroken for her and I literally cried for her as I read it.
Zack Love really painted a detailed picture of what’s going on in Syria and the Middle East now. For Anissa and her family, life was very difficult in war-torn Syria. He highlighted the difficulties of being a part of the Christian minority among warring groups. It’s a scary situation and more people should be aware of it.
When Anissa arrives in New York, she becomes involved with two very different men. Michael is totally immersed in his activism and doesn’t seem to want to commit to a relationship. On the other hand, her relationship with Julien is very complicated as he is fighting demons of his own.
I was very impressed by this novel! I really enjoyed how Zack Love wove his characters and their struggles into current events. You could really feel his passion for this subject and his desire to share it with his readers. I cannot wait for the sequel!
