Give this book a read, it’s way underrated. Kudos to the author.

Hauntingly Dark, Beautifully Captured.

Wow.

So far, I’ve felt a mixture of fear, awe, apprehension, and anxiety reading this novel. If you’re into horror meets romance with a touch of drama, this is the book for you! 🥲

I even found myself understanding some of the less savory characters, whose morale was corrupted or fueled by something much darker. I intend to finish this to the end.

The author also introduces us to the darker side of BDSM. I’m not scared easily, quite the opposite actually, I fall asleep to hacker slasher films. Something about her descriptions though…just left a bad taste in my mouth, and my skin crawling. (All good traits with horror-because that’s the intent.)

Bravo author! Aside from a few spelling/grammar errors, everything else is spot on.

Thought Provoking 🧐

I’d like to start by saying I’m impressed with the length/flow.

Most short stories seem very, very rushed. Not this one! The pace matched the plot, and kept me on the edge of my seat with every chapter. Perfect thriller for Halloween 😁🍁🎃

There were parts that confused me; But I don’t believe in spoilers SO. The author knows, I’ve left my comments at the end of such chapters. It wasn’t critical enough for me to knock any stars off overall though.

If you’re looking for just a quick little bite of a short story, you won’t be disappointed! 👌🏻

This novel is a hidden gem; An amazing story of two girls just trying to survive high school in their own ways. ❤️

I find myself invested, diving into each girl’s past and present. There’s new discoveries, high expectations, love, loss, and courage. A coming of age novel that deals with LGBTQ+ youth, where it’s not always “safe” to be who you are.

Although this book isn’t finished, I highly doubt my views will change. Keep on writing, Brooke!

The Spider Web

I know the author personally, and have always thought she was an exceptional writer. This is the first personal piece of her's I've gotten the honor of reading, and I'm not disappointed! Three chapters in and my only complaint is there aren't more. XD

This spin-off is captivating, brilliantly executed, and engaging. She keeps the reader hanging off her every word. I can't say too much about the plot because I'm not sure which direction it's headed, but I'm definitely in it for the long haul. Now, the crazy thing is- I'm not into this particular genre normally, but "The Spider Web" is a novel I'll be reading until the end. That's how good this book is. :D

Tear jerker 😭

I haven’t finished this novel yet- but I wanted to drop my thoughts on this author’s work.

As always, Ann doesn’t disappoint. This tale of a young man having to confront his past, and the love he left behind is just...there aren’t words. It almost seems like the main protagonist is living a double life there for a while.

I’m definitely going to finish this book. Likely by the end of the weekend 😁 If LGBT novels are your thing, pick this one up ❤️

Blast From The Past, With A Dash Of Romance ❤️

I loved the raw emotion found in this book; As an addict, I can relate heavily to both Zane and Bonnie. Their struggles made me cry, their triumphs turned it around, and I was constantly cracking up throughout the story! 😂😂😂😂 10/10

Great Read!

I skipped the sex scenes because I’m a lesbian, so no BXB action for me but the story itself was written beautifully. I myself write BDSM GXG polyamory books, and know how hard some of these subjects are to discuss, and divulge into our characters.

You’ve got some grammar errors here and there, but nothing too bad. ❤️ I’m so happy Alta was able to find happiness with her seven.

This is your typical slice of life Romance.

It’s not overly dramatic, and the characters were relatable! I felt like I was walking alongside Roxanne and her wife, Luna, as they navigated work together and tried to keep the professionalism going. 😀

Through family troubles to complicated parent/teacher ECT conflicts, these women have always had each other. It was such a comforting read.

Do yourself a favor and pick up Ann’s latest book ❤️

It’s humorous, horrifying, and sexy all at the same time. I literally cannot wait for the next update 😃

Ann has a unique writing style, and while I caught a few grammatical errors it’s nothing major. I was able to easily follow along 🤔🙈
