It is certainly an above average story. The imaginary world is highly original. The writing style is elegant and persuades the reader that it is worth reading. Perhaps the only defect I can find is that it moves a bit too slowly early on, making it tempting to skip bits and pieces until the action starts off. Apart from that it is really good.
