"I loved the unconventional way the lead characters met, although the forced marriage was crazy.The chemistry between our two leads is electric and the female character is quite head strong and had some wits about her, surprisingly the male lead was romantic and consistent."

"This story is captivating, from hate to dislike to love and adoration, some business, some family.. all beginning with an unfortunate and unexpected meeting Love how the emotions change thru out the story , found myself living all 4 of the main characters and recommend this book. I don’t usually read mob stories, but gave this one a try and am glad I did . Have to wait for “Karl” and “Khaos” parts of the trilogy… don’t have the $ or time right now, but am looking forward to reading them eventually. 3👍🏽,3❤️(out of 3) Story flows, enjoyable to read, wort the time !"
such a crazy fun ride!
"this could’ve gone a much darker route but remained a easy and light read throughout, despite some “touching” topics. even with kane’s craziness in how their relationship started, meredith got the love she deserved in the end. kane broke through her stubbornness(with some extreme measures, no doubt) and they were adorably cute together. loved their banter and growth with one another. his brothers and her best friend and family were really grounded characters as well, which i appreciated. wish we got more of an epilogue with their future in this book tho. would’ve wrapped everything up more nicely. fantastic work regardless💚"

Fast burn cliche romance that soothe your inner child
"This is fast burn. If you want a man written by woman, this is for you. Rough but gentle. Romantic. Still naive but psychotic. The eroticism is amazing. It’s also nice because the main female lead is actually married and a widow. So different than usual trope of innocent female lead. But the ending is rather flat and disappointing because it feels less satisfying or not climax or unresolved maybe because it’s a trilogy."

Has potential
"I don’t usually read books like this. I get taking readers on unexpected twist and turns...love a good plot twist when it builds to it .... but as soon as the forced marriage thing happened had me immediately wanting to put the book down. Like Kane, bro that’s not how you get ya girl! EVER. And personally writing that and thinking it will work out is just a bit cringe. It cusses more issues later down the road that could be avoided and that’s why reading this was unsatisfying. I would have loved to see Kane do it the right way and build on that desire to get his girl Mer. I think that would have furthered the plot, allowed deeper character development to come through and give the opportunity for those twists and turns making the book a lot better. So much potential. "
