A good read.
The excerpt has left me wanting more. After taking some time to get used to the writer's style, the language used aided my imagination, pulling me into the story rather than dragging me out. The plot of the excerpt, although being common in this genre, is well executed, leaving me to wonder about the fates of the two young girls.
