Awesome

I'm not much of a science-fiction girl but this book had me from the very beginning. I appreciate a story that involves humor and Greg uses that to his advantage :) I enjoyed the characters and how their interactions felt real and not corny. I loved it.

Engrossing!

This is an amazing story! The characters are relatable, believable and REAL! Some of the scenes written are actually chilling! I found myself cringing and yet I couldn't stop reading because I had to see what was going to happen next. That is the essence of a well-written novel and Ms. Rushmer has it down to a science. The flow of the story is intriguing, especially coming from multiple points of view. Sometimes that's hard to do, but again, Ms. Rushmer knows how to write. Period.

I would highly suggest this book.

Such a fun read!

I won't lie...it always bothered me what a goody-goody the real Cinderella always was. I love the fact that this is a completely different take on her inner monologue! She's not perfect...in fact, she's quite twisted, which makes this book all the more fun. And it's not just her....the Prince, the Godmother...everyone is messed up!

The twist at the end was a stroke of brilliance. I would love to see a spin-off of this tale.

Fantasy Fun!

This was like reading a dream! I love the creativity involved. I really enjoyed the characters as well...very sweet relationship :) You know how to write and write WELL...I can't wait for more!

This was a pleasure to read. Some of your writing is absolutely mesmerizing! Aside from a few grammatical errors, I found the story to be engaging. Keep up the writing, girl! You got talent!

Novel Idea

This was an interesting read from start to finish. As someone who always avoided being bad, it's fun to see the other side of it! I really liked the characters and the relationship between Marianne and Crystal...it felt very authentic. I appreciated the subtle references to race and ethnicity. A lot of time that can get overlooked and in this day in age it's an important subcategory to explore when writing.

The flow of the story was a little choppy in some places and there were a few grammatical errors, but otherwise it was a great read. It would be a good one for anyone going off to college! Well done, Ms. Laura!
