About shashwatanova
I experience life a little too intensely. Visually, emotionally, almost microscopically. I notice the pause before someone answers, the shift in a room after certain conversations, the way certain afternoons feel heavier than others.
I spend an unreasonable amount of time inside my own head, wondering what lies behind people’s smiles, what their eyes reveal when their words don’t, what stories remain hidden between the things they say and the things they leave unsaid; along with memories, silences, alternate endings, and things that never happened but could have. My mind has always been my favourite place to disappear into.
Somewhere along the way, writing became a way of holding all of it together. Or perhaps I found it when I ran out of places to put everything I was feeling.
I’m a hopeless romantic at heart. I believe in love that is pure, consuming, tender, and still deeply human. Love that grows, changes, stumbles, and chooses to stay. The kind that feels like poetry in ordinary moments.
And somewhere inside all that noise, I’ve built a little sanctuary of my own... a place where feelings can exist without needing to be explained, and where ordinary people can experience extraordinary things.
That’s what I write about.
Stories of people. Of love. Of all the beautiful, messy, complicated things in between.
Welcome to my little sanctuary 🌿✨
