Summary

_________ is, for all intents and purposes, a regular human being, save for the fact they’ve been through every possible reincarnation. Apparently, in one of them, they made a contract with a god to take on the responsibility as hero for this world and others their soul will traverse through… wait, it was a hero right? Ah, never mind, the only problem is that, technically, if they’ve been reincarnated so many times over… isn’t everyone them?! Short story, updated sporadically. First few chapters may feel rushed but it gets better I promise. You can interpret it as a reader insert, but it’s not written like one. First chapter will be submitted soon.

Chapter 1

“Do you swear to abide by all regulations of the contract?”

“Yes.”

“You you promise to withhold the power that will be sealed within you?”

“By my honor.”

“Do you acknowledge that you will have this power for the rest of your souls journey throughout these worlds and it’s counterparts?”

“I… do…?”

“… do you know what I’m talking about, _________ ?”

“Yeah! I do. Can I just sign, already?”

A brisk sigh and shuffling of paper.

“Here, in blood.”

“There. Can I leave, now, Jaio?”

“I shall depart, and the side-dimensions doors will close. You will leave automatically. We’ve been over this.”

A slightly higher-pitched voice whimpers

“Maybe you shouldn’t have signed that, _________ …”

“Please! You worry too much.”
